• The Index is a proprietary tool for measuring and benchmarking the quality of relationships between organizations and various stakeholders groups. It is based on scientific research and establishes a new standard for evaluating and informing public relations strategy and programming
  • It measures four distinct qualities of positive relationships:
  1. Trust – the basis of any relationship. It encompasses integrity, dependability and competence
  2. Commitment – the energy that is invested in building and nurturing a relationship
  3. Satisfaction – the extent to which an organization delivers on its promises
  4. Mutuality of Control – the degree to which both parties in a relationship exert influence over one another
  • Selected stakeholders will be interviewed using IndoPacific Edelman’s structured questionnaire that is a mixture of numeric scores and more detailed ‘drill down’ information gathered using quantitative and qualitative research methods
