Relationship Index
- The Index is a proprietary tool for measuring and benchmarking the quality of relationships between organizations and various stakeholders groups. It is based on scientific research and establishes a new standard for evaluating and informing public relations strategy and programming
- It measures four distinct qualities of positive relationships:
- Trust – the basis of any relationship. It encompasses integrity, dependability and competence
- Commitment – the energy that is invested in building and nurturing a relationship
- Satisfaction – the extent to which an organization delivers on its promises
- Mutuality of Control – the degree to which both parties in a relationship exert influence over one another
- Selected stakeholders will be interviewed using IndoPacific Edelman’s structured questionnaire that is a mixture of numeric scores and more detailed ‘drill down’ information gathered using quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Estimated project duration: 8-10 weeks
