Perception Audit/Media Audit
- The audit is designed to assess the level of knowledge, understanding and perception of client’s target stakeholders, including the media, about the company’s initiatives, as well as to provide measurable evidence of the client’s current reputational situation (what have been achieved through current and previous communication program and what still need to be done to provide greater value to the client)
- The outcomes of this audit will be used to assist the client in making further improvements in its future corporate communications or media relations strategies in developing the company’s current business practices
- A combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods is used
- The primary data from the stakeholders will be collected through in-depth interviews (combination of face-to-face and phone interviews)
- Estimated project duration: 10 weeks
