Consultant – Technology Public Relations (position code: CT)

Responsibilities:
The consultant will be responsible for managing communications programs for IndoPacific Edelman’s blue chip technology clients. He/She will be involved in planning and implementation of media and other stakeholder communication programs for clients. The incumbent will also be responsible for account management for assigned clients in terms of budgeting, financial management and business development.  The consultant at this position will be required to interact with senior level management of the firm’s clients.

Requirements:
-    Strong academic background in Public Relation or other Social related studies
-    At least 3 years of working experience in technology practice
-    High degree of interpersonal and communication skills
-    Excellent in both oral and written communications in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
-    Deadline oriented with good project management skills
-    Ability to think strategically and out-of the-box
-    Highly self motivated and a team player
-    Knowledge of media will be an advantage

Account Executive (position code: AE)

Responsibilities:
The Account Executive responsible for providing account support in the development and implementation of public relations programs under the supervision of the Group/Account Manager.  His or her duties will include:
-    Completing all assigned task professionally in timely manner and in line with company policy and procedure
-    Controlling budget and supplier costs in relation to assigned task
-    Provide suggestion and initiate improvements to elements of programs being undertaken
-    Initiate and maintain relevant media liaison.
-    Participate in the formulation and review of client communications strategies with the Account Manager or
     Group Manager.

Requirements:
General
-    Posses diploma or bachelor degree majoring in communication or public relation studies
-    Having considerable working experience related to public relation
-    Able to implement basic level knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
-    Excellent in both oral and written communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
-    High degree of interpersonal skills
-    A team player with excellent skill in organizing and time management
-    Ability to think creatively, critically, and strategically
-    High level of initiative and motivation to learn.

Assistant Account Executive - Corporate, Marketing, Technology & Health Care Practice Teams

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for implementation of planned tasks including detailing client needs into feasible plans, providing day-to-day account services in lieu of clients’ specific needs and achieving targeted goals.

Requirements:
-    Minimum of 2 years relevant experience with knowledge in a specific field preferred, experience gained with
-    Leading PR agencies or MNCs a plus
-    Ability to liaise with clients and implement public relations programs (e.g. preparation of press materials,
     reports, new business pitch presentations, strong research skills, etc.)
-    Ability to think creatively, critically, and strategically
-    Fluent written and oral English / Chinese ability


Account Executive - Corporate, Marketing, Technology & Health Care Practice Teams

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for day to day account servicing activities with areas covering editorial development, media relations, supplier liaison, event coordination, research and reporting on client program, client satisfaction and media opportunities.

Be responsible for implementation of planned tasks including detailing client needs into feasible plans, providing day-to-day account services in lieu of clients’ specific needs and achieving targeted goals.

Requirements:
-    Minimum of 3 years PR related experience preferably obtained with leading PR agencies or MNCs, in-depth
     knowledge in a specific field   required
-    Possess a solid grasp of all traditional public relations tools
-    Ability to assist in the planning and organization of media outreach and other related client events
-    Ability to think creatively, critically, and strategically
-    Fluent written and oral English / Chinese ability
